I used to love this app, and scanned everything before buying,now it says no data available for everything I scan☹this is a total bummer, please fix this soon!

I feel disappointed lately. Every time I search or scan the information is unavailable. Please fix ASAP!

I used to love this app. I first got it when it was purple and just "EWGs Skin Deep Database." However, this new version does not work at all. Nothing comes up when I try to search, and the browse section is always blank. This new version is useless. Youre better off googling "skin deep database" than using this app.

Id love this app, if it worked. I scan one item, info appears with the rating, and then I cannot get out of that screen to scan a second item. I had to literally shut down my phone and restart just to get back to the EWG home screen. I did this twice, so shutting down didnt fix the issue. I have not yet tried searching by item name, so unsure if it will lock up there also. Id really like to use this app to help make purchasing decisions but it needs to operate in real time, so I can scan in the store too.

The browse for cosmetics feature is broken, but once this is fixed it would be 4 or 5 stars.

Previous app Skin Deep would scan one time then freeze. This new app worked great. I was able to find the safest sunscreen in no time. Thank you!

Almost every bar code that I scan in it says is unavailable. I scanned products that I knew I had seen on their website and still nothing. And with this new update it looks like it doesnt even do household cleaners.

I found this app by accident and downloaded it to see if it worked for anything I was using. No only does it have ingredients and what you should look out for, but it tells cosmetic and skincare ingredients simply by scanning their barcode! I had to look up each individual ingredient to check something out before! This app does it for you and gives you a rating so you know right away if you can or should be using it! It rocks!

I miss the old app! The new version doesnt let my phone scan barcodes & freezes up every single time I use it. Please please update this app because it is so helpful when choosing healthy products!

Love having EWGs ratings in one app!

This app is a fantastic idea but 90% of the time there are no results on the item I wish to buy. Kirkland brands dont seem to register at all.

This is a terrible app and a waste of money. Ive scanned dozens of items and never has one product been found.... Even typed in manually I rarely find a match. Usually its a similar product but hardly ever the one Im searching for. Its a shame that it cant be better. Would love to use it and recommend it but just cant!

I love this idea but many of the products are in their system yet. I and up looking them up on the EWG website. Im hoping it will continue to improve.

I have many skin allergies & always need to check the ingredients before buying beauty & skin products. I downloaded the App a few moments ago & I am happy to know that each of the 10 products I searched were found. Awesome!

I love this help, Im always trying to read the backs of items with all these foreign words, and I have no idea if its safe or not. Now I know, thanks to the app! Theres not a lot of listed items yet, but Im sure that takes time reviewing them and then adding them. Its a Great start!

I loved both apps and like it combined into one. Its something we all really need in this confusing world of chemicals and hidden info. However Id say 75% of the items I look up (scan, then type manually) arent in the database. Therefore its feeling a little useless and thats disappointing. I hope it evolves faster than I give up.

Does this app have any products in it? I walked around sprouts yesterday and scanned almost every time and none of them were found. And Im talking name brand known items.

Ever since my mom got this, Ive had to eat leaves off a tree 3 times a day...

I realize EWG is a nonprofit and so of course they will push out as much info on products as fast as they can do the research with the resources they have. That being said, I look forward to seeing more products available in time. That being said, Im pretty impressed with what they have so far, that being said, Id love to see the cleaning products added to this app. Well designed, great interface. Thanks for helping keep our lives healthy and safe.
